Hello everybody, I'm a young professional who is looking to rent a room to a full time employed person. MUST HAVE PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT.
MOST IMPORTANT MUST BE PET FRIENDLY!
Guys if you are reading this and thinking to yourself Ohh I can just pretend I don't mind animals. . .STOP!!! This is not for you then, I have 3 dogs and 2 cats yes you heard me.
I DO KEEP MY PLACE SO CLEAN THAT YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW I HAVE ANIMALS.
I expect the same from the renter.
I can consider pets but it would have to be something I can talk to you on the phone about so if you have a pet keep reading you ok.
Of the top I want to say the room is small. 10 by 12 feet. Has a closet with a top shelf and a nice big window overlooking grass area.
Now lets get to the details.
The apartment is right off the highway so it is close to everything many stores around. The bathroom is shared with me. The kitchen can be shared under agreements which I would discuses when you come in to see it.
The room has a pink check bored wall which can be covered up with some primer if I rent it to a guy I would take care of that a girl may enjoy this extra aspect. I know I do.
This is for someone 21 and older
Living room is fully furnished and of course will be accusable to you under conditions. (clean,nice,quiet)
The lease will be a six to 10 months lease, which can be renewed.
Utilities will be divided between us we will talk about that in person.
Carpet will be cleaned and steamed before you move in.
